"Like a lot of you reading this, I grew up on Karen O and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I still remember the first time hearing the opening guitar ring out on "Maps" and being physically stunned. When I had the opportunity to photography the Yeah Yeah Yeahs festival-closing set at Field Trip last year (in more than one way, sadly), I felt giddy. I had seen them years prior at the Kool Haus and was again stunned by Karen O's performance. She's magnetic. This still brings all those feelings back. It's fierce. It's stunning. And there's an unmistakable aura from a one-of-a-kind artist."
