"Prior to this session I was warned that Stevie could be a tough subject, so this was an invitation to me to have some fun. The day was beautifully sunny so I stayed in the office. Hendrix seemed to hail Stevie from his shirt, we did have a laugh that afternoon. I still have the guitar pick Stevie gave me at the end of the shoot."
