"Stars is one of the bands I've seen and shot many times. The stage dynamics between the two main vocalists is always a pleasure to witness. The protruded circular stage at this particular venue allowed me to capture an unusual side-angle of Torq singing behind Amy.

Touring their then new album titled "The Five Ghosts", the old and prestigious Massey Hall and flowery stage decor was very fitting. Band members threw white roses throughout the show, giving adorning fans the perfect souvenir to take home. Continuing the well-themed evening, an energetic but also very pregnant Amy Milan danced while special machines filled the venue with soapy magic. All this perfectly complimented Star's cinematic and danceable melancholy music about love, life and death."
