“Perspective is everything. For this shot, I climbed up to the walkway above the masses where one finds “Go-Go” dancers on club nights. In solitude I exposed a few frames of 35mm film. This image is powerful thanks to Ron and his ability to tune in, tune out, and unabashedly let his spirit shine to illuminate not only himself but also the audience and ultimately his fans.”
