“Over the course of two years, it seemed that James Bay, or as I like to call him, James Bae, was always playing our city. Throughout that time, I have had the opportunity to photograph him three times and sit in on a soundcheck. I previously spoken to him at the Toronto show three months before this shot, saying he was going to need a bigger venue than the MOD Club and here he was selling out the Sherbourne Commons.”
