"Jill Furmanovsky was a Mentor & instrumental in me working for Melody Maker early in my career.This shoot was offered to Jill & also a live shoot of Bruce Springsteen on the same night. She chose the Boss & asked me to cover some guy called Prince's first London gig, Jill regrets it to this day. I'm still thanking Jill."
