"The summer of 1984 was a season of big tours including Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born In The USA’. It continued through the fall of 1985 and came back to many cities for a second run. Bruce always loved jumping from the stage into the audience and sharing the fun we were having. It was a highlight of the show. By the second half of this tour in 1985 the stages got too big and too high for that interaction."
