As one of the progenitors of this extreme style of music, Mayhem’s grim frozen sound has influenced a world wide musical movement that can now be found in the most obscure regions of the planet. Attila Csihar is not only considered a musical artist but is also a visual artist. This photograph was captured while Attila rose from the funeral fog in Toronto after following Mayhem for three nights of the Black Metal Warfare tour in the US.”
