"Led Zeppelin did a couple of gigs in Ireland just after the Derry killings. The first show brought together both warring factions in The Usher Hall Belfast and the first performance of 'Stairway to Heaven'. This picture of Jimmy Page with violin bow is from the show in Dublin, which was in a large corrugated iron shed called The Dublin Boxing Stadium. The band played from the boxing ring stage, ropes removed, at full volume and the added reverberations along with the echo effect of the metal building made for an awesome sound. Truly 'Heavy Metal!'"
