"Few musical artists match the skill and agility of Kiesza. The Canadian singer-songwriter has classical ballet training, served in the Canadian Navy reserves, and went to Berklee School of Music, so has worked hard for the right to own the stage. That was clear when she took over Toronto’s Sheraton Hotel Grand Ballroom for the 2015 Canadian Music Week’s CHUM FM Fanfest. Kiesza’s powerful vocals and fantastic dance moves made for a stunning show. Smoke filled air and lighting that changed with every beat made the star an extra challenge to capture. Kiesza thrilled her fans, and at least one photographer, when she held still for a moment and let her vocals soar."
