"Nothing quite replaces that feeling of being engulfed by a sea of confetti for the first time, but this photograph comes a close second. Chris Martin of Coldplay was just coming out of that sea of confetti heading back to the main stage on the catwalk with a big smile on his face. I can’t imagine the immense joy and high that performers get entertaining fans every night, as much as fans enjoy watching their favourite bands. As a concert photographer, and as a music fan, it brings me immense joy to capture and witness these rare moments of authenticity."
