“After a day of running from stage to stage nonstop, my first break came at 9:35pm. I was so pretty tired but just the thought of what i was about to witness was so exciting. I’ve been following Donald Glover’s every step from the moment he appeared on my television screen in his varsity jacket on Community. Now, he was about to headline the biggest festival in my hometown with the most ambitious album of his career in his back pocket. If it’s true that Donald is retiring the Childish Gambino name then i feel so lucky to have been there that night witnessing the end of such a beautiful journey.”
