"This photo was taken at McMaster University at their Light Up the Night celebration, a block party that commemorates the end of classes. It was all very last minute, a half hour before they were set to play I discovered that the event was happening and open to the public; not just to students. I made it just in time. The Beaches played a cover of Sk8r Boi that could rival the original and I’ll never forget it."
